MODERN WARFARE & WARZONE UPDATE CAUSES MASS GAMEPLAY CRASHES
What ever happened to that old-fashioned concept of proof testing? – Activision is at it again: The game publisher took to their Twitter account to express that they are aware of issues connected to the latest update released for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare & Warzone Season 6 and that they’re working in finding a solution to the problem.
Random game crashes and strange glitches are affecting many players who downloaded and installed the Season 6 update as early as this very morning when it first launched. Some have already pointed out that the problem may have come from the quality of the original update files downloaded by the players, as the total number of requests apparently proved to be a little too demanding on the download servers. The Modern Warfare & Warzone Season 6 Update file is a pretty big one at that, with a tiny 20 GB size.

Looking for a Solution
If you happen to be one of the unlucky players who downloaded the latest update file, you might have already stumbled upon -more than once- with an error message reading: “An error has occurred in the following application: (CE-34878-0).” Sadly, on top of this new mishap, there also appear to be glitches about the Subway System fast-travel mode that also came with the update.
On top of the new subway system, the Update additions included new operations, weapons, maps and some other modes.
We recommend having a little patience and letting Activision do it’s thing… After all, they DO have experience putting out half-complete games on release. =P Keep up with all things gaming by reading eFCKNsports’ daily blog; we have news, betting previews and lots of other juicy esports content for your enjoyment.
