ESL Premiership UK Quarter Finals Facts
– The ESL Premiership doesn’t quite work like many esports events: The two best teams emerging from the Group Stage (Sept 5th to 17th) are immediately sent to the Semifinals, while the 3rd-to-6th best teams get a shot at the next tiers during the Quarterfinals, which is the very phase starting tomorrow Saturday.
– The Quarters and will play out as a Best-of-3 Series between today and tomorrow, and the Grand Finals as a Best-of-5 sequence on November 8th.
– Brit-team Pumpkin Spice Latte was the winner of the ESL Premiership Spring Season and, as the number-one team in the current rankings, they appear poised to make it out of 2020 as double ESL champions.
