MONTREAL REBELLION DROPS OUT OF OVERWATCH CONTENDERS

And it’s one more Overwatch Contenders academy team that pulls out. The Montreal Rebellion, academy team of the Toronto Defiant, splits, leaving just two academy teams left in North America. Great! Yet another thing where Asia kicks some serious Western ass!

Nothing official has been said, but the Montreal Rebellion dudes have talked about how the COVID-19 outbreak has more than busted their balls and wallets, but even if that were true, there’s still the North American tier-two pre-coronavirus drop-outs over the past seasons, so there’s something that’s not that kosher in the Overwatch overall scenario.

The two teams left are Dallas Fuel’s Team Envy and Boston Uprising’s Uprising Academy.

OVERWATCH PROS “JOKE” TURNED INTO FINE FOR OBSCENITIES

Fined for typing obscenities in a League Match chat, Overwatch Pros now have to lay it thick with $1000 each for being dumbasses. LMAO!

League pros Los Angeles Valiant’s Jung-won “Lastro” Mun and San Francisco Shock’s Dong-jun “Rascal” Kim apparently felt the need to porn-up the chat with “sex” and “big dick” in what they said was “a joke” without realizing (yeah, right) that the chat could be seen by match spectators.

Rascal was especially “horny” with his “big dick” contribution, and even though San Francisco Shock peer Matthew “Super” DeLisi tried to save their asses telling them to stop –“Idiots they [the spectators] can see on stream“—the two derps slid right in into the Overwatch’s League Player Discipline Tracker “Hall of Infamy”.

Way to go!
