FORTNITEMARES 2020: CHALLENGE LIST, J BALVIN & OTHER STUFF
I am just gonna say it: Fortnite’s Fortnitemares 2020 event just got some real spooky!
According to the Fortnite’s developer EPIC Games, the special Halloween-themed event will feature nine total challenges, plus some excellent seasonal rewards and… Reggaeton singer J Balvin as the main-stage act for the Afterlife musical event. (That’s what I meant by “scary” – That’s LITERALLY some scary SH*T!)
Wanna Join? Do it RIGHT NOW! Riot made the halloween challenges available starting on October 21st and they will run right until November 3rd.

Get your Halloween Candy!
Riot published the list of nine new Halloween-themed challenges for the Fortnitemares 2020 event a few days ago. They include:
- Become a Shadow
- Travel 100 meters on a With Broom
- Eat candy
- Deal damage with a Possessed Vehicle
- Detect players as a Shadow
- Eliminate Shadow Midas
- Eliminate Shadows as player
- Check out different Witch Shacks
- Consume legendary loot as a Shadow
Players who complete the challenges will automatically unlock some interesting cosmetic perks, such as Bobo Back Bling and the Smash O’-Lantern Pickaxe. There will also be some unique items lying around the map during the whole Midas’ Revenge period like the Fiend Hunter Crossbow, the Witch Boom and the classic-for-the-season candy goods.
The challenges are already active and will remain that way until November 3rd.
J Balvin picked to star in Main Stage on Halloween
Truth be told, Reggaeton isn’t eFCKNsports’ favorite music genre (we have standards, capish?) Nonetheless, we would fail our readers if we didn’t talk a bit about Epic’s choice for the Afterlife Party event: Colombian reggaeton singer J Balvin was the chosen artist to star in Fortnitemares’ Halloween show at the Party Royal main-stage on October 31st, 10 pm ET.
Balvin has promised to shower us with a greatest hits selection (Feeling the sarcasm yet?). Additionally, fans who participate in the musical event will unlock the J Balvin Party Trooper outfit! What a FREAKIN’ bargain… Can the World End Already!
