MINER LEAKS REVEAL DETAILS ABOUT FORTNITEMARES 2020 EVENT

2020 is not what I would call a “typical” year. We got smashed with all sorts of unusual things that, in all honesty, often made me crap my pants, if only just a little bit.  It was like we were all inside a horror film, a terrible horror film we couldn’t escape… and we’re still in it!

Freaky New Skins, Rich Consumables and a Witch’s Broom

According to the information obtained by the data miners, players will find a bunch of new Battle Royale challenges, fashioned to the Halloween spirit, alongside some XP, sprays and cosmetic rewards. Halloween-themed skins and consumables will also show up, the latter in special candy buckets throughout the map. These got file names like Candy Corn, Hot Drop, Jelly Bean and Pepper Ming and they will probably render similar effects to the other standard consumables.

Keep an eye out for the unique Broom mobility item, also expected to make a splash during the Halloween special.

Fortnite’s Halloween-themed event doesn’t have a confirmed kick-off day yet, however, most signs point to an October 28th/29th start date. Don’t worry though, We’ll keep you posted with all the updates as soon as they become available.
