Epic Games was teasing again, and yes, this time it was for their Marvel Knockout Super Series skins within the Fortnite domain. It is none other than a symbiote, a Spider-Man villain turned ally: Venom. At least that’s what they let out with their tweet, its spider emoji, pickax arm and all.

The Venom skin leaked via data mine, so, yeah, we were spot on. Tournament is kicking off November 18th.

Good Guy? Bad Guy? You Choose!

Recent collaborations between Epic and Marvel in the skins section have been Black Widow, Ghost Rider, and Daredevil, but this season’s theme for Fortnite is now creeping and crawling with many other heroes and villains from the Marvel Universe.

Some of the new skins have been awarded as tournament prizes, but since they will eventually end up at the Item Shop, you might as well purchase them later with V-Bucks; no biggie. By the way, this Fortnite season is escalating and looking to turn into an amazing event at the end, with Galactus, the planet-eater coming to Fornite’s island to have it out against both Marvel and Fortnite heroes.

This Venom Cup tournament is the fourth and final Marvel Fortnite cup before the super cup finals. We already had the Daredevil, Ghost Rider, and Black Widow cups. The Venom Fortnite tournament will be played in duos, such as last week’s Black Widow cup, but more prizes abound in this one.

Now, how does one go about getting the Venom skin early? For starters, you have to place high enough in 10 matches in either time window. The duos with the highest point totals across these 10 matches within the 3-hour tournament window will be the happy owners of a free Venom skin. So keep your eyes peeled for more lowdown on the tournament and the bounty.
