CHINA & SOUTH KOREA TO DO BATTLE AT WORLDS FINALS
Suning Gaming’s victory over Top Esports officially put an end this morning to the World Championship Semifinals phase, leading the way to the top League of Legends event of the year. This time around, DAMWON Gaming, winner of the last three consecutive Worlds editions, stands as current favorite to win the match before their Chinese adversary.
The last Semifinals match between Suning and Top Esports took place earlier today and started with an early lead for the former. Game two became a turn-around for Top Esports thanks partly to their effective performance during the Teamfights; SofM then came around on third to put Suning in the lead, and the fourth fell on SN’s collective lap almost by default.

KOREAN MONOPOLY, ALMOST!
Remember how, in 1995’s Mortal Kombat movie, Raiden told the earth’s fighters that the Mortal Kombat tournament had to be won 10 times by Shao Khan, in order for him and his armies to cross into the Earth realm and conquer it? Well, it looks like South Korea has a similar scheme when it comes to the 10th edition of the LoL Worlds Championship as their DAMWON boys have taken the top honors for three consecutive years, looking well-headed for a fourth.
DAMWON Gaming is currently listed at a -244 moneyline betting price ($100 payout would cost you $244.)
The Worlds Final event is scheduled for this upcoming weekend (October 31st, 2020.) The live broadcast will air from Pudong Stadium in Shanghai, China, and It will host a limited audience made up by the lucky winners of the Free-Seat lottery that went on during the last couple of weeks. Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions and other health security concerns, only Chinese fans were ultimately allowed to participate in this one-time raffle for the coveted seats.
