LCK GAMES LEGEND FAKER HAS PLAYED MORE GAMES THAN ANYONE IN THE LEAGUE

Former pro-jungler Score, who announced his retirement early in this year after leaving KT Rolster, has been kicked out of his record gaming stats by none other than Faker. Score met his match in Faker, who has officially kicked the former legend’s ass by beating Score’s record of 544 LCK games, leaving him to bite his dust.

Score, a 27-year-old veteran (A Veteran? So, what does that make me? A fckn’ dinosaur?), had started out in the League during its first 2012 season (Champions 2012), while Faker started out on the LCK scenario in 2013, representing his still current team SK Telecom T1. (BTW, that’s the same year he snatched up his first world title.) Faker played his 545th LCK game when T1 faced off against Griffin.

He was also decorated with 3 world championships, 8 LCK titles, and two wins in the Mid-Season Invitational. Also first to reach 1,000 LCK kills in 2016 and the first to go over 2,000 kills last month, he is just revving up and getting started.

Bye, Score.

LPL TO BE SUSPENDED ON NATIONAL DAY FOR MOURNING COVID-19 VICTIMS

With coronavirus still being a butt-hurt, people feel the need to make a break in their everyday quarantines and dedicate a day to mourn COVID-19 victims and recognize the work of the medical staff trying to keep in check the hard-ass bug. Come on people! Clap – Clap for them!

The national mourning day was set by the State Council of the People’s Republic of China; there will be three minutes of silence and air-raid sirens will be set to wail for grief. China has currently 81,620 confirmed coronavirus cases and 3,322 deaths. Since LPL wants to join the rest of China in the mourning and the appreciation shown to the doctors who are keeping it real, the matches will be thrown back until April 20.

LPL called out to fans so they can join in the mourning and to remember to practice social distancing –I fail to see how that’s an issue for any gamer, but Whatever! – and to apply other efforts to kick c-virus ass. The 3 series affected by the postponement will be Rogue Warriors vs. LGD, Team WE vs. OMG, and FunPlus Phoenix vs. Topsports. This will push back the originally scheduled Spring Split April 19 end date by one day.
