‘SPACE GROOVE’ EVENT COMING TO LOL ON APRIL 1ST
-’Space Groove’ event hits League of Legends with new skins & more on April 1st.

A LOT of groovy stuff, the ‘League of Legends’ Patch 11.7 with it brings!
Put up a little ‘marker’ on your phone’s calendar for March 31st and April 1st, as two, super-important LoL things are happening right then: The first, the release of the 11.7 patch, that comes alongside a skin of that rumoured new champ, the “Hallowed Mistress” **wink wink **
And only a few hours after that on Wednesday, Riot launches its Space Groove event, which comes packed with a new set of 70s-themed skins, emotes, chromes and even a whole new in-game mission system.

Get intergalactic with LoL’s “Space Groove”
The time’s come to revive all those groovy disco 70s, alla out-in-space style, with Riot’s upcoming Space Groove event for its classic League of Legends community.
The event – which kicks off on Wednesday, April 3 -, will follow the release of the next LoL Patch 11.7, and also be the showcase for the brand new skin for hyped, new champ Gwen – aka “The Hallowed Seamstress – scheduled to finally land for the next 11.8 patch.
9 New Groovy Skins
The Space Groove skin packet will contain nine new ‘suits’, all inspired by the fantastical space/disco mix. According to a recent post by LoL Insider on Twitter (@lol_insider), these will include new skins for Blitzcrank, Lulu, Lulu (Prestige), Lux, Nasus, Nunu & Willump, Rumble and Samira.
Also on April 1st, players who visit the shop will find some additional themed emotes and chromes, plus an in-game mission system from the Battle Academia.
