Jeanette Maus Dead at 39

The performer’s death first made the headlines on Monday, after Maus’ former fiance Dusty Warren addressed her fans via the GoFundMe campaign which had been started back in 2020 to help cover for her growing medical expenses. Via Facebook, Warren remarked Maus’ courage and determination throughout the whole ordeal: “It is with a shattered-yet-grateful heart that I inform you that Jeanette Maus passed away late last night (Sunday, Jan 24th) due to complications of cancer… I am really sad, but I’m super proud of her. She fought so hard, with tremendous grace and optimism, inspiring myself and I’m sure many of you.”

Maus had been dealing with multiple health issues, including COVID-19 (from which she recovered), and Crohn’s disease, but she was eventually diagnosed with colon cancer, which ended up taking her life late last Sunday.

Maus’ many credits include on-screen performances in films such as My Effortless Brilliance, Cham City Kings, and 2011’s critical success My Sister’s Sister, alongside Hollywood superstar Emily Blunt. In recent times, she had lent her voice to one of witch daughters of the House of Dimitrescu, for the upcoming sequel to Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, just called R.E. Village.

The entire crazy staff at eFCKNsports’ wishes to extend our condolences to Maus’ family and loved ones. May she rest in peace.
